My Community Health and Well-Being Monitorâ„¢
The Health & Well-Being Monitor allows us to compare the health and well-being of ISA Participants to Snohomish County Residents as a whole.
It is a longitudinal survey that measures the health and wellness of 800,000 Snohomish County residents. Today this comprehensive measure of well-being is used locally and in other U.S. states. Smaller community groups like ISA conduct their own survey. ISA can compare their results with those of the county as a whole—helping to identify key areas for improvement.
The following results exceeded Countywide averages.
Well-being rose an average of 18% maintained over time.
Participation associated with a systematic and rising sense of purpose and meaning in life.
Families are experiencing a 44% reduction in food insecurity.
Families are increasingly working toward their capacity to improve.
